The MAS SOLI: This Provençal farmhouse from the 17th century is divided into 4 units, each with its own independent entrance. The 2 holiday homes are available for rent: 'Les Cyprès' for 6 to 10 people and 'Les Oliviers' for 4 to 6 people. The two gites are fully renovated, functional, offer every comfort and a very neat decoration. Nestled in a large closed and wooded park of 5,000m2, you will enjoy your stay in this typical farmhouse and its peaceful surroundings. Please note that 2 people live in parts of the domain all year long - you will not be totally alone, even when renting both accommodations together. Cleaning equipment is provided. The estate is fully closed and has ample parking possibilities; a playground for children, a haven of peace for parents, this beautiful green space invites you to relax. Games, diving in the blue water of the swimming pool (5.5 x 11 m, depth 100 - 160 cm) secured by an automatic shutter (open from 7 May to 15 September), or lazing on deck chairs, everything has been thought of for your pleasure ... Bikes are also at your disposal to discover the lavender fields and the banks of the Rhone or simply to go buy a baguette in the village or the supermarket, located at 1 km. The privileged geographical situation of the farmhouse allows you to combine rest and discoveries. Only 6 km from the motorway exit, you can easily access the most prestigious sites of Provence: Orange and its ancient theater (6 km), Avignon and the famous Palais des Papes at 25 km, Uzes and its duchy (35 km), Vaison-la-Romaine and its Roman remains, not forgetting Remoulins and the famous Pont du Gard, Gordes, Isle sur la Sorgue, and many others ... You can also take advantage of the many renowned cultural events in the area (the chorégies of Orange, the festival of Avignon, the festival of lavender in Sault ...) as well as the richness and beauty of the Provencal markets in summer. Booking Methods: - The lodging is available at the night (off season and for 3 nights minimum) or by the week (all year round). - Booking: Upon our first contact, we will send you a rental agreement that will define location, description and booking conditions. After you will have sent us your signed contract and the deposit, your stay is booked! The validated rental contract will be returned to you upon receipt of the deposit (30%). 30 days prior to your arrival, we will send you a reminder to pay the balance (by check or bank transfer). The two gites 'Les Cyprès', attached house of 4 rooms and 'Les Oliviers', small independent Mas of 3 rooms, can be rented together for a total capacity of 16 people. Final cleaning and bedlinen+towels are included in the total price that is displayed. This means that a professional maintenance team will clean the apartment thoroughly and prepare it for the next guests. In the objective of best efficiency and respect for our staff, we do request all our guests to ensure that the basic cleaning is done before they leave the holiday rental: - discard all your garbage, - empty dishwasher and store away clean dishes, - empty washing machine, fridge and freezer, - pull linen from the beds and put it folded on each bed, - finally leave all towels in the bathrooms. Should our cleaning staff report any major disrespect of these rules, we will charge the guest an extra fee. We look forward to welcoming you soon, but regret to not accept any pets! We had booked a table in the local restaurant for the evening, when we arrived the WIFI was not working, it took three phonecalls, searching the house for the WIFI box and numerous attempts to get it working. After a 10 hour drive this was...More
