Villa Theodosios is located directly on the beach front on Desimi Bay.
Whether it be a family holiday or a getaway with friends, this modest villa is ideal. It sleeps around 6 comfortably. With 2 bedrooms, the first has a Double bed, the second has 2 Single Beds, 2 Bathrooms, and a Sofabed.
It is quite an amazing way to wake up every morning to the sound of small waves breaking on the shore line, you find yourself looking out the window just to enjoy the view every second you get! Whether your sitting in the kitchen enjoying a coffee or on the sofa watching TV, you will find yourself looking out the balcony doors to the gorgeous beach right in front of you.

Nice house with some constraints
Hallo Maria, the house is nice and close to the beach. But the beach was always crowed from early morning onwards people put heir towels right underneath the window from the sleeping room which was very loud. We had many short disruption of the power and in the last night the power was off from 9 p.m. till next morning 9 a.m. Strange enough all neighbors had power. Your don´t have either candles nor a torch in your house or any explaination we could do. We were trapped during these power-off times we could´n open the garage or the gate. According to the price the bed is not at a comfortable level you would expect for such a price. Neither is the providing of number of towels, pillows, toilet-tissue,or garbage bags. The whole impression was too basic, compared to the price.

CHE FORTUNA AVERLA SCELTA!
Location stupenda, casa accogliente, perfetta per una famiglia di 4/5 persone. Pulita, funzionale, dotata di tutto il necessario. Garage per l'auto.
Ideale per chi ha dei bambini piccoli che possono scendere al mare in assoluta tranquillità oppure giocare sulla terrazza. Strategica l'ottima taverna che confina con la casa. Si mangia benissimo e alla sera chiudono presto.
La consiglio a tutti. Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietaria e con l'home manager che si è dimostrata super cortese ed efficiente.
Spero di avere l'opportunità di poterci tornare quanto prima.

Amazing
One of the best experience of my life. Highly recommended. Will come again. The manager and her family are amazing. Always ready to help. Truly a small piece of paradise.

A spot of heaven
Stayed there and found the house very pleasant and clean. A very relaxing location and so close to the water, literally a few steps from the house!
Highly recommend staying there.

Fantastic villa on the water.
An experience of a lifetime. The true beauty of this villa and wonderful location makes it very hard to leave. Captivating surroundings, relaxation and beautiful waters on your doorstep. W will definitely be booking again!

Non ci sono parole che riescono a far capire l'effettiva bellezza della villa e della cornice di meraviglia naturale che la circonda... un posto fantastico. Ho soggiornato solo una settimana, ma ci passerei la vita. Uno Spettacolo !!!!
