The miles of golden sands that is the Lincolnshire coast can also be found further east. It is here that you will find the dining table and chairs,an ideal spot to linger over a leisurely lunch. Off the hall is the fully fitted kitchen,which has everything you need should you choose to eat in during your stay,such as an electric oven and hob,fridge,freezer,dishwasher,microwave and washing machine. Upstairs to the first floor you will find the bedrooms,one with king-size bed,TV,walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom complete with shower over bath and WC. Next door is the twin bedroom,again with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The private gravelled rear garden faces south and is accessible from both the dining area and the kitchen,here you can dine alfresco and catch the last of the sun as it dips behind the trees. There is off-road parking available for three cars. More

Stayed here for a long weekend. House is lovely and spotlessly clean. Had a lovely welcome pack with local goodies on arrival. Detached house with parking on driveway. 2 en-suite rooms and a downstairs toilet so no problem with queuing. Lounge and dining area spacious...More
