The non-smoking condo sleeps 8, is decorated in cheery colors and comes fully equipped for your stay at the beach. Tile floors run throughout. The living room has a TV, and features a queen sleep sofa. Just in case you can't leave all your work back home, there is also free WiFi throughout the complex.

Close to the beach and relatively clean are the nicest things to be said about this unit. In reality you can find nice accomidations on Topsail for the same price point. Master bedroom bathroom needs updated or atleast a new showerhead and tup drain runs dismally slow. Bedroom itself is a good size but furniture is tired and old as...

The St. Regis Community has seen better days. They upkeep in the community overall is prettt lacking. The unit was kept clean enough, although it could use a deep clean and updated fixtures as there was a screen door left on our porch unattached. The condo was pleasantly clean (although the floors could use a good scrubbing) and nicely decorated. The owners care for their property well. However, you will not sleep!
