About the neighbourhood
Kingston: remarkably off-the-beaten-track little village (good pub, church) with lots of pretty houses, a mile from the River Erme’s beautiful wooded estuary and good sandy Wonwell beach (bodyboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking). St Ann’s Chapel (PO/shop), 1 mile. More fine sandy beaches and golf at Bigbury-on-Sea/Burgh Island, 4 miles; for shops, pretty Modbury, 31⁄2 miles.
How to get there
We provide directions as part of our Welcome Pack, as SatNavs sometimes lead you through narrow farm lanes. There is parking for one vehicle directly outside the property, as shown in the photos. Additional parking is available within the property for 1-2 vehicles. The access is narrow due to the protected hedgerow and we advise reversing in.
