Ty'r Efail is a grand, spacious detached house with large front and rear gardens. Walking distance to pub, shop and swimming pool and a 2 minute drive to an award winning sandy beach. Located in a small quiet and private residential cul-de-sac in rural West Wales, it commands open views to the rear of the property. Situated on the edge of the village of Cross Inn, just 2 miles from the sea front in New Quay, 9 miles from Aberaeron and 18 miles to Cardigan and Aberystwyth. Convenient location, central to a wide range of local attractions and activities.

A lovely house beautifully furnished clean and comfortable and in a great location we had a good holiday.
We would have liked a trampoline but that has gone now and with such a beautiful large gardens needs some outdoor furniture.

Management response:

Ty'r Efail holiday home is located close to the village of Cross Inn and within walking distance (approx 200 yds) of the village pub, shop and post office. There is also a swimming pool available in the adjacent caravan park (fee payable) and access to the club house, providing entertainment during high season and serving meals. The Blue Flag beach at New Quay is a 2 minute drive and you can also catch a boat to see the dolphins from here.
