Our stunning 230m² villa, designed by an architect, is situated on the beautiful Sicilian beach of Mongiove (Patti-Messina). The villa offers an exceptional view of the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea, Salina, Alicudi, and Filicudi). What makes it unique is its direct access to the beach and sea. From our terrace-garden, you only need to step onto the sand to enjoy the beautiful Sicilian beach.
The 230m² house is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, all surrounded by a large terrace-garden filled with plants and flowers, making it the perfect spot for lunch and dinner while watching the summer sunset.
