Private and well decorated villa 8 minutes walking from Karon Beach. The villa is located in a private compound with 24/7 security. It has a private swimming pool with patio and parking lot; 2 master bedrooms with ensuit bathroom, one of them has also jacuzzi. A large open space with fully equiped kitchen and livingroom complete the scene. The villa has a large open space with fully equiped kitchen, a big table that can accomodate up to 6 persons and a comfortable sofa with a flat screen tv. The living space has direct access to the swimming pool patio, there you will have easily access to the bathroom that has separate toilet and shower. Both 2 bedrooms have private entries, direct access to the patio, king size bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and private bathroom with shower (one of them has also a jacuzzi) HOUSE RULES We are thrilled to welcome you to our wonderful accommodation and we are always available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. However, we have introduced some rules to make our relationship with you as clear as possible. Proceeding with the booking you accept the following points: - Electricity and water are not included in the rental price and must be paid by cash at check-out. Electricity is charged 7 baht per kW and water is charged 50 baht for cubic meter. - Towels and bed linens must be returned in good conditions. If not, we will ask you to pay for the replacement of the damaged items. - Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price, the cleaning fee that you pay when you make the reservation is a `final cleaning fee` that is used to clean and set up again the apartment for the next guest. The cleaning of the accomodation and the change of bed linens and towels are provided every 5 days, for bookings of minimum 7 nights. If you need an extra cleaning or change of bed linens and towels, will be asked to pay a surcharge. - Shampoo, shower cream, soaps, dish wash liquid, toilet paper, water, coffee, tea and other consumable items are part of a welcome pack. They will not be refilled/supplied during the stay. - A baby crib and a high chair are available for children under 2 years old upon request and availability, at an additional cost. - No durian. Fine 5000THB - No smoking. Smoking is allowed only on balcony. Fine 5000THB - Quiet hours: 10PM to 9AM - Sleeping and eating on the sofa is prohibited - Check-in and check-out between 9PM and 8AM are charged at an additional cost of 400 THB. - Late check-out starts from 10AM until 3PM. It is charged 50% of the rental price of the night. - Early check-in starts from 9AM until 2PM. It is charged 50% of the rental price of the night. Before 9AM, it is required to book an additional night. - Early check-in and late check-out are not bookable and are based on availability. Please get in touch one day before your arrival/departure date to know the availability. -We wish you a "One in a life time vacation" and we work hard to make it real. From your side we only expect that you respect the neighbours and take good care of the house, leaving it as you found it. Guests will have exclusive access to the pool and ground floor of the villa, but due to personal reasons won't have access at the underground floor (as written in the house rules). I will be available for any suggestion you may need to enjoy your holiday. I will be available during your stay from 9AM to 9PM, kindly contact me only in these hours, except for emergencies. The property is located within a comfortable walking distance of Karon Beach, Kata Beach, restaurants, massage parlors, car rental offices, banks, supermarkets, and much more. The villa is located about a 15 minute drive from Patong. You are in a comfortable walking distance to Karon beach, Kata beach, restaurants, massage shops, car rental shops, banks, supermarkets, 7/11, ecc. The villa is located about 15 minutes driving from Patong. I suggest you to rent a motorbike/car to better enjoy the beautiful beaches around Phuket. Taxi and tuktuk (traditional Thai taxi) are always available, day and night. If you wish I can help you to arrange a pick up service from/to the airport with a private driver at the cost of 1.000,- THB, up to 3 persons, 1200,- THB, up to 6 persons for one way. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as you make the reservation. Please kindly provide your flight number in order to book the service. I will tell you then the pick up procedures. I can help you to rent amazing early bird tours to Phi Phi Islands, Similan Island, James Bond Island, Koh Rok, etc. I will book them for you and bring the tickets directly to your accomodation! I can help you also to rent a motorbike for bookings of minimum 3 days.
