Bay Watch is a terraced, reverse-level, three-storey townhouse, situated in a quiet residential area of Brixham, with panoramic views of Brixham Breakwater and Torbay from its three balconies. The property has been decorated and furnished to a good standard, with open plan living areas and a balcony with table and chairs, which is ideal for al fresco dining whilst watching the sunsets over the bay.

It has a close proximity to Shoalstone Pool, an open-air seawater pool, and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. Breakwater Beach, the marina and town centre are also close by, giving you easy access to all the town’s amenities and attractions.

Enjoy the most breathtaking ocean and harbour view - Bay Watch is located within close proximity to major attractions in Brixham and is easily explore on foot. Boat trips to Torquay & Dartmouth, fishing, sailing, scuba diving, canoeing, swimming and sunbathing are all right on your doorstep. There is also private path to the right of Heath Court, which in a few minutes will take you down to the Breakwater and from there you can walk into Brixham town, the Marina and Harbour Area; or if you turn right you can walk to Berry Head. Breakwater Bistro, is the nearest local restaurant, which serves locally caught fish and is so close to the water you can almost dip your toes in.

We had a brilliant time here, family break with age range from 5-60, and suited all. Very clean, light, large space, very homely accommodation with all amenities that you would need. Fantastic views from all 3 balconies. Very good communication and all as described. We...More

Brixham is one of Englands most picturesque fishing ports. The town is packed with festivals: Fishstock, Brixfest, the Pirate Festival, the Festival of the Sea and lots of live music all year round.

A full-size replica of Sir Francis Drakes Golden Hind is permanently moored in the harbour, a reminder of Devons great seafaring heritage, and you can explore above and below decks.
An early morning visit to Brixham’s famous fish market tour is the most authentic way to experience coastal life in the southwest of England.
A swim in the wonderful iconic art deco sea water pool at Shoalstoneis also free – and a must.
Perched high up on 60-metre cliffs,National Nature Reserve and Bird Watch Centre, is a must-visit with real 'wow factor' !

Brixham is easily explore on foot.
The nearest bus stop is located on Wall Park Road, which is approximately 600 metres from Bay Watch. Bus numbers 17 and 17A are the regular services for the area and run every few minutes. Other bus services to other towns run from the Town Square/Central car park area.
There are frequent ferry services in summer (April to October) from the quay side to Torquay and Dartmouth.
The nearest railway station is at Paignton with local and mainline trains.
