Outside you can take a refreshing dip in the beautiful chlorine pool sizing 7.5 x 3.5 metres and with a depth between 1.2 and 1.6 metres. Afterwards, do relax while sunbathing on the sunbed or have a cocktail at the wonderful chill-out area by the pool. There is also a furnished porch by the house entrance where you can have lunch or dinner comfortably with the beautiful views of the Majorcan countryside. This beautiful house has a traditional Majorcan style. It has two floors characterised by ample and luminous rooms with a rustic but current style and with all comforts to enjoy fully your vacation. On the ground floor you will find a fantastic dining room for 6 people with incredible details like the interior well. It shares space with the living room which open to the outside porch. Here, you can rest in the comfortable sofa while watching satellite television or enjoying the warmth of the fireplace on the coldest nights. You will find the kitchen access by the dining area. It features a gas hob and it is well equipped to cook during your stay. It includes a dishwasher, an electric oven and a table with chair for morning breakfast. The house also presents an independent laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will find 3 bedrooms to rest in the house. Two of them are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both with a closet. There is also a shower bathroom on this floor. The last bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. if you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. This beautiful house is very close to the village of Petra, birthplace of Fray Junipero Serra, the founder of cities like San Francisco. you can visit the museum with his name as well as the San Bernardino Convent or the Virgen de Bonany Sanctuary. You will find restaurants and little shops for an independent stay at the village. The nearest beach is Can Picafort with white sand and crystalline waters. Palma, the island capital, is also very near, more or less only 40 km away, where you will find a varied leisure offer, shops, restaurants and shopping centres. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Changeover day in April: Saturday. In June, arrival is possible on Saturday and departure on Saturday or Sunday. Changeover day in October: Sunday. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
