Marvelous, modern and stylish villa in María de la Salut. It is prepared for 10 people. The beautiful outdoor area counts with a spectacular 16m x 4m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up from 1m-2,1m), two well-furnished terraces, spacious green areas, a barbeque and wonderful nature views. This one-storey house has 350 m2. It is modernly decorated and counts with 5 bedrooms (each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom). One bathroom counts with a bath tub and a shower, and the others all have a shower. On request, there are two baby cots and two highchairs available. The luminous living room is modern and cosy and counts with a huge, comfortable sofa, ASTRA-TV (Spanish and German channels) and a beautiful fireplace that separates it from the dining room. This dining room counts with a dining table and chairs. There is a second living room, with two sofas. The independent kitchen is very stylish, with a beautiful cooking isle that works with a hob. It counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect dinner with your family and friends. You will also find a washing machine a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The whole house is equipped with central air conditioning. The village of María de la Salut is situated in the center of the island, for which you can easily reach every corner of the island within a reasonable time. It is a rural area, basicly habited by the locals. There is not much toursim in this area and you will have the oportunity to discover the real Mallorca. At the same time, this small village offers all basic services you might need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sport area and some restaurants and bars. Within 15 minutes by car, you will reach the long, sandy beach of Can Picafort, with its sunbeds and its lively boulevard. The beach of Platges de Muro is a little quieter, with dunes and no sunbeds. You might want to do a nice day on the beach at Ses Casetes des Capellans, enjoying a cocktail or a paella in one of the beach restaurants. The villages of Pollença and Alcúdia are definitely worth a visit. No pets allowed. Outdoor parking space for 6 cars. Contact the advertiser for possible additional charges. Celebration of parties and events is not permitted in this property. The fireplace in the living room cannot be used.
