Through the dining room we access 2 living rooms with TV area and bookcase with wooden and glass ceilings, an interior garden, a red marble bathroom fitted out as a massage area, a summer kitchen with dining area, a large living and games area, a bedroom in the basement with en suite bathroom and an indoor heated pool with waterfall, counter-current swimming and access from the garden and outdoor bathroom. Next to the pool is a porch and a picnic area set among grape vines.
