Comfortable and welcoming apartment of new construction with independent entrance, garden and reserved parking space. 10 minutes from the wonderful coast of Fondi and Sperlonga and a short walk from the historic center. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
On request, cot for babies / children up to 2 years. Possibility of breakfast and dinner in the cool of the garden, surrounded by olive and citrus trees. Home equipped with all comforts.

Piacevole scoperta
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo grazioso appartamento per soli 3 giorni, con l'idea di visitare Sperlonga e dintorni senza spendere cifre esagerate. L'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole! L'appartamento è completamente nuovo, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort e si trova a due passi dal centro storico di Fondi (merita una visita) e a soli 15 minuti da Sperlonga. Lorena, la proprietaria, è stata disponibile e gentilissima e ci ha dato molti consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Peccato non esserci potuti fermare più a lungo. Lo prenderemo in considerazione per il prossimo viaggio in queste zone che meritano molto più di qualche giorno per godere di tutte le loro bellezze.
Assolutamente consigliato!
