Set in the village of Titikaveka on the south side of Rarotonga, down a winding family road amongst fruit trees and wild ginger is Kia Manuia Cottage.
This brand new 2 bedroom home is perfect for small families wanting quality accommodation at an excellent price. The area (Titikaveka) is renowned for pristine beaches (400 metres away) and fertile land, amongst the locals its known as "the country".
Surrounding the property are mango, banana and paw paw trees and of course, coconut trees are everywhere.
From the veranda you look out over a vast lawn, ideal for kids to cut loose, the road is quiet and only used by those that live on it. Through the sliding door Kia Manuia opens up to the main living area with ample room for everyone during the rainy days. TV and DVDs will keep the kids...
