This delightful attic apartment is just five hundred metres to the beach. Is tastefully decorated , ideal for four people. It is on the second floor. There is not elevator. The accommodation is on the ground floor a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a salon and two bedrooms. In this floor there is a terrace with a table, and BBQ. There is a small laundry. Up stairs you can access to a large terrace with a table and sun chairs. The terrace is fantastic to have romantic dinners. The swimming pool area is large and can only be used by residents and holiday makers who stay in the apartment block. This makes it very quiet and peaceful. The natural park La Gola is just beside the apartment. La Gola is a protected park with a lake and bypaths ideal for walking. A really quiet property, close to the main square, shops and restaurants. • Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2 euros per person (over 16 year old) per day applied to the total amount. • if you are staying more than 7 days, the cost will be 0.50 cents per person / day from the eighth night. This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law. Lovely apartment, near to the beach and all cafes restaurants etc. Lots of outside space with 2 terraces and a balcony, one terrace is more shaded and also has a parasol for dining outside through the day. The pool area was very clean and well...More

This apartment was perfect for our visit. It was about 2 mins walk from the beach and about 10 into the main area for bars / restaurants. The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher) with a washing machine...More

Apartment was very clean and spacious. We were 2 couples and there was more than enough room for us all. Each bedroom had a large wardrobe with drawers and plenty of coat hangers. There was an enormous hall cupboard to store all the suitcases. Also...More
