This is a newly built 4 bed roomed house on its own grounds with extensive private garden and off road parking. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall to a large kitchen/dining room with utility, boot room and toilet off. The ground floor also comprises of 1 lounge room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor consists of 2 large double bedrooms with en suites. One lounge has a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. It is a child friendly house. We have a stair gate also a high chair and cot, we provide buckets and spades for the beach and also beach towels. The house is within a 5 to 7 minute walk of the village. The village itself has restaurants, pubs and a well stocked supermarket. It also has other facilities, gift shop, pharmacy and a doctors surgery. Your Host will be available if required to hand over the keys and give you a tour of the property and give you advice on any query's you have. They will furthermore be available by phone or email to answer any query's you have through your your stay. If you wish you may avail of a cleaning service on your departure, alternatively you may leave the house in a clean condition. The local hotel within easy walking distance, has a leisure center which is available for day visitors, there is also a water entertainment center with pedal boats and canoes in a safe lagoon close to the village, they also have a very nice coffee shop attached overlooking the lagoon. There is a children's adventure center named Pirates Cove close by well worth a visit

Such a great place. We had a family holiday with children, partners and first grandchild and couldn't have picked anywhere more ideal with everything we needed and moreL location was close to beaches and interesting sites and the lovely towns of West Cork

This property is on an elevated position overlooking the town of Rosscarbery and a sea inlet and lagoon. The property is not overlooked, it has private off road parking and has a rural outlook on all sides while still being close to all amenities. the village has 6 restaurants catering to all tastes from seafood to Chinese. There are 3 local pubs with welcoming atmosphere and one of which does lunch in the summer months they also provide regular traditional entertainment. There is one local well stocked supermarket and a small gift and clothing shop. The two main market towns are Skibbeeren and Clonakilty within 20 mins drive each.
