Before the house is a large covered veranda, where you can always find a shady spot. The small house consists of a living room-kitchen-dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds (80x200), which can be made as needed, together or separately, and a bedroom with a double bed (120x200) and a bathroom with shower facilities. house has air conditioning, which can be used in the cooler months as a heater. San Vito is a city in the heart of Puglia with about 20,000 inhabitants surrounded by infinitely large region typical olive plantations. In the vicinity there are many attractions , such as Ostuni -the white city- and Alberobello and Locorotondo, which are famous for its trulli houses. Brindisi Airport is in 20km distance and Bari airport is 100km. One of the beautiful beaches and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is about 10km . The prices include water and gas, towels in the bathroom and linen. Electricity costs are based on consumption, payable at departure. Final cleaning is 75, - Euro , (+ 50,-- Euro for guests with dogs). The cost for final cleaning is payable locally on arrival. A damage deposit 250,-- Euro must be paid to holidaylettings. Lovely pool, spacious garden away from it all location
