It’s awarded to those who receive a high volume of above-and-beyond reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor community over a 12-month period. - We just stayed one night at this hotel but 1 year before we had stayed for 6 days for my daughters ballet. The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful, and hospitable, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and it is extremely quiet. The location is perfect as it is close to buses, the hospital, and the supermarket. The experience was overall very enjoyable, pleasant, and convenient.@FunbundReviewed January 2025
- I’ve stayed once before. I love the atmosphere and decor. All the team were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment and rooms are fantastic. I now choose to stay at the Sojourn due to the handy location (hospital) as this is 5 ⭐️ accommodation@rmcbride4711Reviewed January 2025
- Location is excellent. Just out of the CBD but close enough to walk. Everything you need is close by. Room was quiet and well appointed. Comfy large bed and a great shower. Not much parking on site but free parking close by in the Woolworths car park.@Dream13775822196Reviewed January 2025
- Stayed here while visiting at the hospital, the service and staff were absolutely amazing and super attentive. The lady on reception when i arrived was fantastic and very understanding which i so nice when you are travelling for a sick loved one. Will be definitely be here again very soon!!!@Wanderer11114646911Reviewed December 2024
- Considering this stressfully time of a family member being in Wellington hospital, the staff made this stay amazingly relaxing for me. When I arrived I was given the option of 3 different rooms. The room was modern, fresh, bright and clean. And was always immaculate again after I came back to it during the day - clean towels, bathroom and kitchen spotless, bed perfect. Had all the equipment in the room you need, all the usual plates & cutlery etc, plus kettle, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, iron & board etc. There was a modern washer & separate dryer on each floor, & these were free to use - so no trying to find coins or getting tokens. The front desk staff Btittney, the Philippino gentleman and especially Leony - who always referred to me by name, were absolutely amazing, so kind, friendly, helpful and empathic. When I had to extend my stay by 2 days, after checking out, I was able to have the same room again, and my luggage, which was in the storage room, was back in that room when I got back from the hospital. My only issue was I did not know how to change the mode on the heat pump from cold to warm air (and I didn't ask). I would definitely stay there again even if I didn't need to be by the hospital. The bus was right outside the door and only 1 to 2 zones into the city or the wharf.@F418BLjoannemReviewed December 2024
