Having recently moved to the area we are beginning the assessment of the many and varied cafes, wineries and restaurants. First up, Hygge. We had driven nearby but this was our first stop in for a bite to eat.
Arrived for breakfast at about 9ish to find a good number of people eating there already. We ordered and sat at a table near the fire (which was going due to it being a bit of a cold day!) overlooking the garden and sea beyond. The food arrived quickly and the staff were friendly and seemed to really enjoy their job which is always pleasing! The breakfasts were delicious (hubby having The a big Hygge and myself with the Ricotta Pancakes). Great size meals and very tasty. The cabinet food also looked very tasty if you wanted to grab something to go.
We will definitely be returning to check out the lunch menu and are sure that we won’t be disappointed!
