The house is ideally situated, well presented and equipped. Walks from the door which is good for grandkids and grandma! Lovely pub (Horse and Farrier), great coffee shop locally. It will be even better once railway walk to Keswick is repaired. We had a great time and will be booking again.

“Half term stay at the Ings”

Really great place to stay if you want to be close to Keswick and also the great walks nearby. Delightful village of Threkeld just a short walk with a couple of great pubs for food.
Accomodation was ideal for our family with children and we will be returning again next year! Would definitely recommend this property as an ideal base to discover the lake district.

A beautiful old farmhouse with stunning views across the fells. Everything you need for the lakes weather; beautiful garden for sunny days and indoor entertainment for when it rains. Feels secluded but only 4mls from Keswick. We had a great time.

This was our third visit to Ings and we have already booked for next year, which probably says all I need to say! Great cottage, great location.

“Beautiful house with amazing views”

We have just got back from staying at the Ings - amazing house. The house is so big - 2 lounges to keep everyone happy! The owners have provided everything you could need on a holiday - games, dvd's and toys. Would recommend it 100%. The owners are very helpful.
