“I want to live here!”
Reviewed 11 May 2015 for a stay in April 2015

We previously stayed in another cottage the owners have and had been very happy. When that wasn't available for the week we wanted to book, they offered this to us and wow, we are so happy they did!
With three dogs, finding somewhere genuinely dog friendly is not always easy , and this ticks all the boxes and has a great secure garden. Shame it wasn't a warm week when we could enjoy being outside but inside is very comfortable.
The cottage itself is furnished very comfortably, and I genuinely would love to live there. It's spacious, full of character and homely. I was mentally trying to arrange my own furniture into the rooms!
It's situated in a little village just outside Mundesley with the North Norfolk coast very accessible, with lots of dog friendly beaches and pubs. I don't want to recommend it too highly, as I want to be able to go back there!
Graham & Rose, you have lovely cottages and we have been very happy staying in them. Thank you.

Thank you for a very positive review. We have tried to make our cottage as welcoming and relaxing as possible, so that guests can enjoy their break, perhaps with their four-legged friends!

“Fabulous dog-friendly cottage”

It's really all been said before, but it is a lovely cottage - roomy, pretty, comfortable, wood burner with loads of wood, really well equipped kitchen, secure garden for dogs (and pleasant for their humans to sit in!), great walks nearby. We felt at home immediately and were very sad to leave. Have already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back.

“Lovely relaxing stay”
Reviewed 7 March 2015 for a stay in February 2015

The cottage was spotless, and very well equipped. The beds were really comfy and there was lots of room for us all to have a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was particularly homely. The dog settled straight away and the garden area was fully enclosed which was ideal. Location wise, you needed a car to get food and essentials, as the roads were not ideal for walking on with kids and dog. But, there were plenty of off road footpaths in all different directions. The walk across the fields to Mundseley was lovely, safe and got us to the beach for an ice cream and then to a lovely welcoming pub, the Royal Hotel, on the way back (dogs welcome, lovely Sunday carvery, and pool table for the kids).
Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

“Lovely place to stay”
Reviewed 2 March 2015 for a stay in February 2015

We had a lovely time staying at Rose Cottage, the place was very spacious and beautifully furnished and looks. even nicer than the photos. We even had extra wood provided for the fire which we thought was great! The hosts were very accomodating, we would love to stay here again in the future.
