The diving, swimming and snorkeling is excellent right here in front of Turtle Beach as the left side of our dock that has the mermaid is all rock and coral. You will see amazing colors of fish, lobster, so many things! And on the next dock over is a 5 star dive shop.
The Beach front walk to West End or West Bay Beach is about a 15 minute walk either way or a 5 minute water taxi ride (which you can catch from our dock). We are fabulously located at the half way point between them.
The Dive shop and all other water sports will pick you up right at our dock - Dolphin swim, Snorkel, Parasail, Jetski, etc.
We are full Western Exposure so the Sunsets are dramatic and different every night and they never get old to watch.
We have two Ocean front pools so you can sip a drink in the pool and watch the sunset. We also have a fully stocked outdoor kitchen and grill and ample seating for fantastic outdoor meals!
The 80 ft. long dock is great for morning coffee or afternoon swims. It has a swing and hammock!
Our newest building on the beach features a great sunbathing deck or a perfect spot to catch the sunsets.
You will not be disappointed here. We have many People leave other places while on the Island and they come here because of the location, service and all we have to offer.
There are no crashing Waves because the Reef is about a ¼ mile off shore right in front of Turtle Beach.
As you saw on Vacation Rental By Owner my reviews are all 5 star so I know you will be happy.

This was our first time to Roatan Honduras. We booked the Turtle Beach Resort based off the great photos and on-line reviews. We were not disappointed, the amenities and hospitality were excellent. Location.. Location.. Location..
If you want to be less then 15 minutes from the action but tucked away from the noise and crowds... THIS IS THE RIGHT SPOT.

Utter Perfection
Its extremely difficult put my feeling about this property into words - I love it that much! - but everything about Turtle Beach is exactly what we look for in a vacation. Each villa is comfortable, well-equipped, artfully done, and fitting for a variety of budgets. But really, its the vibe and rustic charm that makes Turtle Beach a true gem. With its perfect mix of hillside jungle, beachfront beauty, and outdoor living spaces we enjoyed everything about this property including macaws, gorgeous sunsets, communal cooking, and great company!
Paul and Larry, both laid back cool dudes, make sure the property is well tended to and truly care about their guests. They are present, without being intrusive, and are always willing to chat and share stories.
If you are looking for an intimate property with spectacular views, incredible vibe, and an all-around cool place ever, do not hesitate to book! We will absolutely be returning!

Spectacular!
I can't even begin to describe how amazing this property is. People ask what kind of resort was it? It is the absolute BEST kind to us! It is casual, laid back, with gorgeous surroundings, super friendly hosts (Paul, Mary & Larry) and staff (Carlos and Rosa) wonderful booking experience (thank you Maria). The outdoor tiki bar and kitchen for the guests is amazing and Rosa even prepared a most awesome feast for Tom's birthday party! Anything you need, they were there to help. The beach is great, all the water toys were much appreciated, even met some friendly neighbors. This is a true island getaway, not a commercial run of the mill inclusive resort. It felt like our own private getaway which is exactly what we look for. You can't go wrong staying here, and centrally located to both the west bay & west end, both were just a lovely $3 water taxi ride away, or a short walk, or both which is what we did. For us, having a kitchen and outdoor kitchen was a huge plus, especially after buying super fresh seafood right at the resort. I so hope we can return, maybe even for a beach wedding!!! Muchas Gracias!!!

Fabulous!
We had nothing short of an amazing stay!
The resort was amazing, the location was terrific! Everything we needed was a short water cab away.
The dive shop next door. Was terrific as well, great for snorkeling as well as diving, novice and experienced will love it.
Already planning for a return trip next year. a huge thanks to all the staff at Turtle Beach!!!

TURTLE BEACH is a MUST STAY!!!! ONE OF A KIND EXPERIENCE!!
Words cannot describe how accommodating and amazing Paul and Tommy were at Turtle Beach resort. Want Anenomie Dive shop to pick you up at your own private dock to dive Spooky Channel? Done! Want homemade Baleadas and chicken wings made for dinner? Done! Want to see the hidden gems of the island away from tourists? Done! If you asked these guys for their shirt off their backs, consider it done!
Turtle Beach was so amazing for my family. With a diverse population of kids, grandparents, tough backpackers, and resort lovers, we were able to all feel like ALL our needs were met at Turtle Beach.
I have traveled to many places in Central America, and this doesn't even compare.
This is truly paradise at an appropriate price. No need to look any further, seriously.

A+ for customer service, location, accomodations and value.
Turtle Beach was all that we had hoped it would be, and more. They are very concerned that you have the best time possible. Travelers who appreciate a variety of activities will love it as well as those, like us, who just love to see a new country and culture, meet interesting people and of course be right on the beach will be more than happy. The Jellyfish apartment was perfect for us. We were there for nine days and wished we could stay longer. we will be back.Thank you, thank you, Paul and Tommy.

Fantastic setting with wonderful host and supportive and friendly staff making for best vacation ever.
Trip provided plenty of opportunities to see the tropical island while relaxing on the beech and taking in the culture of the people. There were lots of things to do and see while enjoying the remarkable facility and very friendly and supportive staff that did everything possible to meet our every need. The snorkeling and diving we're great in this smaller resort that provided the opportunity to meet and enjoy new friends.

Great week in paradise
Great place, great people taking care of our every need and even great weather ! The self catering is great if you you want to eat some meals in. Easy access to everything in West Bay or, West End. Couldn't ask for more in a getaway !

Our driver picks you up, takes you to grocery store (which is very easy to navigate) and brings you to Turtle Beach. He has been with us for several years and very good. You will love him. He charges $40 (up to 4, additional charge for more) for the nice air conditioned van and charming service! There are a few restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Tons are within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute water taxi ride from our 85 ft. long dock. The Amazing National Park is 5 minutes away with zip lining, monkeys, macaws, sloth, iguanas and many other animals. Disc Golf and the Dive Shop is also 5 minutes away.
