Had a really enjoyable breakfast there and ate with parrots. You’re allowed to hold the parrots and play with them. The food was pretty good. Not bad by any means. It’s self serve drinks. Place was nice but very average, more so nice compared to local places. Great experience overall but I give this spot a 4 for atmosphere and not having wow food.

We were staying in a condo in West Bay so had the luxury of being able to eat anywhere, and we were delighted with our choice of Celeste's. The restaurant is a wee bit back from the beach which is actually nice as it feels much more like a "local" place, and the food was superb - coconut shrimp to die for, beautifully cooked lionfish and snapper and delicious key lime pie (which we shared as the portions were big!). Service was good and the "house" cats were very entertaining as they moved around the tables hoping for a treat!

After we arrived at Grand Roatan, we had someone from the resort drive us to the mini market on golf cart. We asked about restaurants and the driver recommended Celeste’s if we wanted to get away from the resort. My husband had shrimp and I had a fish dish. It was very reasonable and great food. We got hooked on coconut shrimp and decided to go one more time before heading back home. I wanted lobster and he wanted the coconut shrimp. For $2 more we got 4 coconut shrimp, 4 fried shrimp, calamari, lobster and half of king crab. It was a feast and we enjoyed every minute. This is a very casual place with good service. Couple of cats wondered into the restaurant but didn’t bother anyone.

February 2017, all you can eat Lobster night! Fantastic! We ate, we drank, we laughed with friends! The atmosphere is very cozy, relaxing and the service was excellent! Thank you for a most wonderful experience! We'll return for sure! All the best, to one of the best restaurants in West Bay!

The food was okay - nothing that would cause me to return. It was a ⅛ mile walk inward from the beach, so no ocean view. That would be no problem if it was a great value or really great food. However, it was nothing that caused me to want to return. Don't get me wrong, I had a good meal and left with a full stomach. The restaurant was recommended by a local from USA, and so we figured it must be good as he said it was one of the best. I would say that the Vintage Pearl and Argentinian are the best restaurants on West Bay if you want to dine out, and if you want to relax in your swimsuit, there are many others that are just as good and much cheaper and right on the water (and in some circumstances in the water).
