What a great thing to do in Raglan! Went on the Karioi Canyoning Glowworm Adventure and it was mind blowing! Going through a stream in pitch black is just unique and truly adventures. Jump down waterfalls and be surrounded by glowworms. Awesome guides, loads of fun, just a great outdoor experience!
I can only highly recommend it!

Fuel up ... be prepared to get wet.... and share a sometimes "underwater" experience with a group or your family....A little chilly in July... but Gareth kept us engaged and invigorated as we waded; ; slid ; plunged ; swam; clamboured and climbed our way through the hidden Karioi Canyon out the back of Raglan...

Following a small stream hidden in the Raglan's farmlands, we were treated to a true Canyoning experience. Gareth is an excellent motivator and kept the group hipped up and moving while sharing his insight about the fauna and flora in the area. The waterfalls and climbs were challenging but not too hard. It was simply a perfect mix. Thank you again Gareth, it was an amazing afternoon!

Gareth from Ragland Rock took myself and 8 colleagues out for 3 days challenging climbing at Froggatt Edge and Castle rock. Gareth is a knowledgeable and flexible climbing guide that tailored our experience exactly to our needs. He is enthusiastic, personable and a fantastic communicator that engenders passion about the sport who truly cares about the quality of your experience. I would not hesitate to climb with Gareth again or recommend him to others. He managed a group with a range of experience and competency levels and managed to challenge and grow each individual’s confidence, skill and technical understanding over the three days. In short- an outstanding experience that I wholeheartedly recommend.
