Our waiter Kuldeep was so courteous, attended to our every need, and had great communication.
His hospitality made our anniversary feel even more relaxing.

We really love this Hotel..from Rotana to The Art the service is always the best!😊 From the bell service to reception and the houskeping all is perfect👏👏 You have a great staffs in the hotel and Ms. Grace is the best. We are a group of 10 and we completely enjoyed our stay at The Art Hotel. Specially the breakfast at the Choices restaurant. The staff were lovely and accommodated to our requests. One Server in particular "TARAK " a special thank you to him for our amazing Tea! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We visited during Ramadan with kids and loved the atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet was good with both Arabic and Western options. The chef Jiku and crew were warm and welcoming. The make a mean omelette that I loved. The service crew Tarak and team were awesome. Thank you everyone ☺️

Its been a year since the last time i visited and everything is just perfect! I was very happy to meet again Grace that remembers me and welcomes us dearly..😊 she really help me alot on my last visit. She and her team are doing great, they bring a beautiful ambience in the hotel.
The fool staff are very friendly, always smiling and happy to assist.
