The most influencers don’t tell exactly where is this place.. I went there and I spend 20 min trying to find..You should go to Av. José Estevão 65, Gafanha da Encarnação, Portugal.. Also you’ll find a good gelato and beautiful shops

Nice beach with a great boardwalk and restaurants. The striped houses are interesting, but not a must see, IMO.
Beautiful coastal scenery and picturesque cottages in different colors. Definitely make time to visit this wonderful place.
We ended our Portugal visit with a few days here and found it to be the exact opposite in terms of hospitality and family friendliness than EVERY other stop on our long trip through Portugal. Maybe the locals are annoyed by all the tourists that come to see the fun and colorful houses.... in any case: our summary would be - nice beach and views but bad vibes all the way with the people (in the house we stayed in, restaurants, cafes...) AND, if you're traveling with small kids: watch out for the manic drivers speeding along with no care for pedestrians.
Located about 10 km from Aveiro, this place is surrounded by the river and the sea. The attraction is these colorful, beautiful houses! Taxi 14 euros.
Funky beach area where the beach shacks are painted in bold stripes of red, blue, and yellow. Very picturesque with a large park overlooking a marina. Some unusual sculptures in that park. I understand you have to be very careful when swimming.
