The best one stop hotel for recreation & family. All the staff is very humble & helpful.
I stay at royal suite panda room. The room
is quite large for family staycation.

Great experience…so many activities with affordable price, comfy room. And the front office is very good in greeting cust and handling complain. Service is excellent thoug the water heater is no working properly. Love to go back here again

Really all in one holiday in one package, by staying here, you will get free birds show, animal show, reptile island, and many more. The room is comfortable and the breakfast experience is very good not just because the foods quality but also the friendly staff especially Ms. Elisah, she knows how to treat customer even without being asked.

Cozy place, kids friendly, pleasant stay, and very warm staff, especially mr Adrian from the restaurant. Thanks for the help for making my kid's birthday fun. He's really happy especially in the waterpark and animals zone. So excited to see and feeding the animals.

I was booked the executive leopard room. The room is clean and quite neat, i surprised that the TV is quite big😂 The breakfast menu was vary and delicious. My husband also gave me tha machiatto latte from the coffee machine and it was really good. I remember that they had ice cream machine in the restaurant so we can get ice cream cone for free when i came to here before, but i saw the ice cream machine was not functioned anymore🥲 I and my family were enjoyed half of the recreations and the animal shows. So this hotel is one of the best hotel for family holiday
