Did not expect too much while booked this hotel on our Christmas visit. The price was considered low compare to other hotel in this area. That's mainly because the did not have swimming pool and other facilities except clean room, friendly staff and beautiful location. But that's actually what we need. So we love this hotel so much. Will consider to stay here again.

I already stayed here twice, and definitely come back for more. The room was spacious and good, they provides mini refrigerator, kettle and amenities plus every room has balcony. The breakfast portion for Nasi Goreng was generous, mie goreng was tasty. Staff are friendly :)

They don’t have a pool, but there’s a outdoor kids playground.

Overall, love it here.

Although this hotel is in a beautiful setting, there is an ridiculous amount of things wrong with this 'business'.
I've stayed here with my Indonesian boyfriend recently.
Firstly, if you want to feel welcomed and appreciated, the staff are lovely however you won't get this kind of treatment by security... the security guard is always SLEEPING on the job! Although maybe not contracted by the hotel, this is still completely absurd. He is security for a reason.
The fire exit is constantly LOCKED - yes, really. Need I say more?

The manager 'Stefanos' speaks to people disgracefully and with no respect whatsoever. Unfortunately, I experienced this myself and the way he spoke to his staff and customers. People do not pay this money to get treated the way this man thinks is 'ok'.

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews on anything at all. I would normally voice my concerns if relevant at the time and place, however I feel very strongly about this case and this does not give me any faith in humanity. I am disgusted and I hope something is done about this and I most certainly hope this reaches 'Stefanos'.
