The staff in this hotel are very nice is kind but honestly this hotel is not for families. There is a patrol/gas training company that houses staff in the hotel and it seems some of them act with very disgraceful behavior. I only stayed just a few nights but saw crazy beer drinking and use of professional ladies brought to the hotel. You can see them by theyre black or white shirts. This is such a shame and the peaceful scenery is ruined by this company. Best choose another hotel!

I stay here for 4 days.

- My bed's spring is broken!!! Makes my leg skretch for 12cm long. After I report to staff, they are immediately change the bed. But I disappointed, everyday they must be change the bed sheet and they must see the spring is out from the bed. Why they dont change it before the accident??
- Our bed is really annoying. It always have squeaky sound if you change your sleep position.
- Breakfast is variative but it takes a long time for refill the food or plate. Makes us wait quite long
- dont have pool facility
- their staffs are not really friendly. They never greet us with good morning/good afternoon although we smile at them (and they not smile back. Weird)

+ the room is quite big (about 38m square)
+ The room is clean

Whilst staying for a month with my husbands work I was extremely well looked after by all the staff and the manager . We had many a request that they were able to deal with in a quick , efficient way . Nothing was too much trouble . I shall be returning in June for another month and look forward to my stay . Special thanks to Wanda, Ewan, Sari and Inka not forgetting Nolis the chef for trying differant things . Look forward to seeing you ! Juliette x
