Affordable nice place place for two couples to spent romantic times , clean place, good food with low price, friendly staff, and far away from crowded. although is lack of phone directory and the place is a little bit far from bogor but still it was worthed.
My sisters & I went for a short weekend trip over the X'mas holiday to Puncak. We decided to stay at this place.
I would really recommend this place to those who would like a relaxing holiday. The rooms are without aircon or fan, no fridge either.. but it's really ok because the room's chilly enough & the we just needed to put our bottled water at the balcony & it became chilled! 😁
Staff were very helpful. We needed to get to Bumi Aki & there was a major traffic jam. The staff then offered to send us to the places we wanted to go by their bikes. The room service was also affordable & we even had their in-room massage.
We opted for without breakfast so I can't comment on that but I am pretty sure it was good. When I woke up in the morning, I could see there were some activities going on like horse riding. There were also some people who were at the open space selling t-shirts & fresh produce in the morning.
The view was also beautiful.
This is another place that I would love to visit again, hopefully I'll be able to stay longer. 😁
First time i saw this hotel from tripadvisor was quite fascinating with beautiful photos and also they ranked no.5 best hotels in Puncak area but actually when i checked-in i got room 108 and 110 with totally no views available as it shown on most of the websites (even when i booked the room through pegipegi.com i already request to get a room with high floor and good views). Moreover i was terribly sad to saw my daughter begging me to swim but they actually do not have swimming pool (they actually have available space infront of the hotel but only use the field grass for nothing while they can build the swimming pool here). The other more worst thing was they do not even have any play ground for children rather than just one small swinging on the unused field grass, a totally big super no no if you want to enjoy your family leisure time in Puncak area.
Frankly speaking about the good side of this hotel was the room has quite enough space (36m sqr) and it also a bit clean, other thing i can checked in early at around 11 am.
My conclussion is that this hotel is a rubbish place for family leisure purpose and you should think thousand times before choose CMR as your destination while you can actually find far much better other hotels with same price or even lower price.
I checked in at 23:45, and the Front is still there at the Reception Desk. I remember i called the hotel at 23:00 because of the bad traffic jam around puncak road. But i thought they will wait somewhere else since it's late and this hotel is not seems like that busy at night. While the lobby seats were occupied by two foreigner who greet us (i asked the staffs about them, and they answered that they were longterm stayer), there are almost no one here at this time.
Another staff then bring us to the room which is accessible from the Garden besides the front office building (maybe, because it's in the middle of the night). And just after he left us at the wide and comfort room, i called the front office (and again, quick response) to ask about the "kiblat". The same staff come to our room with a smile and show us that the clue was just under the table, and he quickly leaves after say "have a good rest sir". A+++ For me.
The bath amenities are quite complete, and the shower space is at good ratio, usually i will hit my hand or hip at the door or something else because it's too cramped, but CMR does really good at this. The Bed, the sheets are very clean and good until i noticed a black spots at the bed sheet. Ah, one minus point for my 5 stars rate. Sorry bed sheet, it's your bad. ( i will attach the photo, and my room is #109)
The view? Well if you like mountain, you will really love this hotel. The most higher road through around this area (near Puncak Pass) is visible. But, if you expect Cipanas or Bright light of small city in the midst of mountaneous area, sorry you won't got it here. The hotel itself stands under a valley and it's hard to see lower areas like Cipanas or Cimacan.
The Breakfast. No, i won't give more comment at the food rather than: simple, cold except the tasty ommeletes. Yes, i will focus on the staff. Sorry, i never expect a staff will asks us about ommeletes at our table. It's terrific experience. I see, her name is Sari. And it's not that we are the only person there, but i saw her checking the other table too to asks about ommeletes or sunny side. It's the common knowledge "you know, there are only bad services hotel at puncak, except the pricey" but now, i know this hotel is an exception. At this medium rate, i give exceptional rate for the Services. Yes, after what we experienced last night, the morning makes us delighted.
It's very nice experience to stay at this hotel.

A fairly new hotel in Ciloto, located next to the well-known Lembah Hijau Resort. Room interior was nice, hotel environment was well-kept and clean. We're deeply impressed by the hospitality provided (especially the concierge, pak Rabi).
What's missing: swimming pool and caution sign for the badly slanted road in front of the lobby.
