For this accommodation do not go by the 3,4 and 5 star reviews as they are lies. 1 and 2 stars are the honest truth much to my dismay. No swimming pool that is advertised on website and the kids pool is an honest death trap. Not clean, mildew surrounding it that was that slippy that much that my wife fell and was 6inches away from splitting her skull open. Son then slipped while walking and again almost ended up in hospital. When we went to reception to chat with manager it was very clear he had no interest and didn't give a damn. Just nodded his head like a nodding donkey. Accommodation very old and dated, not clean, rooms and sheets smell. Restaraunt staff and people serving had same dont give a damn attitude as the manager. Food was very very poor. I was left standing waiting 10 minutes on a table being cleared, then had to call them back to wipe and disinfect as they ignored that... even with covid on the go. Then stood waiting on food, then stood waiting on a coffee cup. Priority is definitely given to visiting restaurant guests and definitely not paying resort guest's. This place, like the paying guests, has been left neglected by all running the place but the buck stops at the manager.

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed beautiful view from our room (family deluxe). It's really an excellent mountain view. The location is very close to some restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. Five stars for this hotel/resort.

Always asked for the check out time and the late check out fee. Because it is sad when you had planned your activities based on your late check out time but it turned out that they asked you to check out at the normal hrs because you haven't paid the fee (which you did not recieved any information before). However the over all service was good, nice room, friendly staffs (except the lady handling the check out reminder that I found very rude and does not seems to know how to apologize), nice breakfast, good food.
