We have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed beautiful view from our room (family deluxe). It's really an excellent mountain view. The location is very close to some restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. Five stars for this hotel/resort.
Always asked for the check out time and the late check out fee. Because it is sad when you had planned your activities based on your late check out time but it turned out that they asked you to check out at the normal hrs because you haven't paid the fee (which you did not recieved any information before). However the over all service was good, nice room, friendly staffs (except the lady handling the check out reminder that I found very rude and does not seems to know how to apologize), nice breakfast, good food.
Big turn on : fast check-in & check-out service, well maintaned resort, variable delicious food and geographical location. Turn off : there was no security services when it comes with going inside the hotel from Cipanas direction (lack of initiatives), there were no towels and telephone connection when we checked-in so we need to ask and request. Overall it was a nice stay, when classic resort meets nice environment. They need to improve its hospitality & facilities though.
Nice place. Comfort bedding with latex pillow. Equipped with coffee maker and a comfort sofa. Really chill weather especially during the morning. Room has no aircon since it's already cold inside out. The hot shower running well, but the drainage system in my room (201) really bad. The water puddling while you had shower till it flooded outside the shower room to the bathroom floor, it makes less comfort for your bathing experience. The cleanliness of the room is ok. Seems like every room has balcony with view of nature (but recently it disturbed by the construction work right in front of the room view). The breakfast was great and tasty, but you need to walk and hike a bit heading to the restaurant which is in a different building. The cafe at side of the hotel's entrance has a good view. They also serve a delicious italian hot chocolate, great to have during the cold afternoon.
