We were lucky to secure a table after arriving without a booking. We had to return in an hour and it was certainly worth the wait!
The restaurant is refurbished simply but with great style.
The cabbage leaves stuffed with meat and pumpkin soup was a delight and a wonderful combination of flavours. I also really enjoyed the suckling pig with baked onions. My husband loved his seafood spaghettini and goat dishes. Desserts were also delicious and the meringues presented with the bill were divine. I could have eaten a whole plate of them!
The waiters and waitresses all spoke English well and we're very welcoming and efficient.
We will definitely return next time we're in town!
