My wife and I are visiting from France in the off season of November and had the pleasure of having the entire place to ourselves. We asked about fish available and were shown a tray of freshly caught sea bass. We chose one which was prepared on a tray with with grilled vegetables, potatoes and spinach. It was excellent to say the least. My wife could not have been more delighted. The service was prompt and courteous and as final touch we were given complimentary shot glasses of Dunya (a Balkan treat made from quince)

We came here by recommendation and were not disapointed: excellent fish soup, not too spicy, hints of sweet paprika and with really fresh petersilly. Then an awesome grilled fish with to the point grilled vegetables.The waiter was always really attentive and caretaking. The spagehtti with seafood was the cherry on the top! All this accompanied by a great regional white wine. We were still offered a grappa digestive in the end. Overall the best food experience in Montenegro : )

We arrived in the local vacinity and stayed in a hotel a few feet away. Tempted to eat at the hotel...But pulled out the old tripadvisor reviews...fancying some seafood with the sea water glistening before us...We got there about 3pm..quiet but took that as being a bit so normal time to eat...what a punt!!!! Amazing..some of the best fish we have ever had..right up there...fish platter for 2...wine..sorts and we were under €50. We went back the next day for lunch before we headed off to Budva For a wedding..

We ordered soups and salad for starters. For maincourse we had Fortuna special for two, the fishplate. Place is nice and food was good.

We ordered fish ragout as starter and then rice with cuttlefish and a fish filled with shrimps. The only decent thing was the rice. The fish ragout was a vegetable ragout and I couldnt taste the fish at all. Also it was a very big portion that I almost felt full - not a starter portion at all. The fish filled with shrimps was actually a fried fish fillet with shrimps inside; but it was not said in the menu that the fish was fried (!). I felt like I was in UK eating fish and chips. Such a shame.
