a beautifully restored villa with a magnificant and large area of gardens, swimming pool, table tennis, archary. equipped with all you need, excellent for families with children. owners live near-by and are very devoted and attentive.
Mind the additional strange electricity charge of approx. euro 60 per day.

“Superb Villa in Tuscany gives a great base to explore with a lovely pool.”
Reviewed 15 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Sitting on a low hill in Tuscany the Villa is half way between Pisa and Florence.
Lovingly restored and updated this is a good Villa with an excellent garden and lovely Pool. We had a super week in August with 16 Adults and 2 Kids (age 10&12)
The "Garden and Pool" guy is a real worker keeping the place in very good condition.
Some "observations" 1- Be aware- Electricity charged on top is daylight Robbery and AC is bit weird.
2-The truck park lower down the hill spoils a bit of the view at that angle. 3-The Kitchen lets the Villa down somewhat. Small and rather shabby utensils/ lack of nice wine glasses. 4- Two of the "Twin" rooms are pretty small, better for Kids only.
But- YES- If they improve those areas (that they can) I would recommend it for a party for maybe 14, no more.
