A top location, at 150m from Ladispoli station (which offers trains to Rome twice per hour; Roma San Pietro being only 20 minutes and 3 Eur away). Exquisitely decorated modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. A balcony with view of the railway station (which I like very much) and sun until the evening. A truly friendly host Gladys (who allowed me to come two hours earlier for check in, and changed her scheme in order to help me). Free soft drinks and yoghurt. Good breakfast. And a truly nice price (I paid 50 EUR early May). Yes, this B&B has everything my heart desires. Warmly recommended. I will definitely return here for my next visit to Rome.

Perfect place to stay for our last night in Italy after leaving Siena. Easy street parking in front of the apartment complex. The owner didn't speak much English but was super sweet and we managed to communicate adequately. We dropped off our stuff, walked to dinner then settled into a very comfortable bed in a clean & modern bedroom and bathroom. In the morning it only took 30 minutes to drive to the Rome airport.

The B&B is situated in the beach town of Ladispoli, a town popular with holidaying Italians. The beach is only a short 15 minute walk from the B&B. Numerous restaurants, bars and cafés are close by.
On arrival at the building (a block of flats) you may be a little taken aback but stick with it! The entrance hall/staircase is far from palatial however once the front door has been opened a bright fresh newly renovated complex is revealed. Our room with air conditioning was modern, immaculate and the bed comfortable. The room had a balcony with a table and chairs, and clothes horse (great for drying towels etc. after a day at the beach). The fridge in the kitchen area was stocked with complimentary refreshments which was a welcome touch. The continental style breakfast is more than adequate. Within an easy 30 minute drive to Fiumicino Airport this is a great place to stay for a stopover before catching a flight the next day.

The good – The place is really great. The rooms are new, modern, well designed and sparkly clean. The A/C is perfect, the fragrance is amazing and in total (and especially when you consider the low price) it’s a perfect place to stay.
The kitchen is shared but as the place has only 3 rooms it’s not over crowded. Gladis, the owner of the place, is super nice and helpful. In my case, she made the required phone calls and reservations for the late night bus ticket for my trip back to the airport.
The breakfast is amazing – freshly baked croissants, fresh fruits, sandwiches and great coffee. During my last night I had to leave the place at 4am and Gladis was kind enough to give a significant discount for that night. You can just see how much she cares for her guests and the place she runs. Basically, I think that at least 50% of vibe of the place is Gladis herself. She doesn't speak English but translation app came to our aid and we had no problem communicating.

The not so good – The location itself. Although the apartments are about 2 min walks from the Ladispoli/ Cerveteri train station, the ride to Rome takes about 50 min (about 30 minutes to the Vatican). It’s not really a problem but when coming back from Rome in the evening and there is only one train an hour, it can be a bit annoying. The ride to the airport is even worse as even though the town is about 15 min ride from the airport, you’ll need about an hour and two trains to get there. Luckily, as I've stated earlier you can use the Alfatour bus during the night (from 4am) – 5 euros and 15 min drive and you are there.
If you don’t mind these small annoyances – This is most definitely a great place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!

TIP - Go down the street for 300-400 meters from the main entrance to the train station. Turn right with the road and after few meters you'll see a TIM store - Perfect place to buy a local SIM.
