This hotel is in n such beautiful setting. Everyone we came into contact with was smiling, no grumpy faces from staffs. Beach was clean and water was clear. Thank you to all. We highly recommend this place to all.More

The fitness class was fun at the main pool I recommend to come to the grand palladium jamaica resort and spa I will be back with all my family soon thanks for a great time I love it here good is also good.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The all staff was awesome. The wait staff remembered our names each day we came down for breakfast. Even when we called for a shuttle the remembered the Davis Sisters. Even though COVID closed most of the nightlife they still had plenty of entertainment, music, dancing and drinks. I loved our room even though I didn't spend much time in it. The purpose of the the trip was my sisters 31st birthday and it was amazing.

Great hotel for couples and family. The staff is very courteous and the service is exceptional. The covid 19 protocol at the facility is thorough and is followed by staff and guest. The food at all the restaurants is very good and the also serve a very good cheese cake.

My family and i left the hotel premises to visit an attraction on the morning of our last day at the hotel at around 9:30 after we were given permission to return before 12 noon to check out , we return to the hotel at 10:45 am and was told my the security that they should not allowed use back on the premises because they already check us out themselves. I ask to speak to the manager and was told that the manger was coming to speak to us and after 30 minutes parked at the gate no one came and the security keep ignoring us so my family and i left feeling disappointed and embarrassed.
