We were expecting 5 star but i would say its more like a 3-4 star - but for the price, you can't really complain.

The staff really make this resort what it is. From the bar staff, to the cleaners, to the activities centre.. all of them! Just so many smiling happy faces - they are the heart of this place.

The kids food was mostly chips, pasta, sausages, with cake and fruit for dessert - although the kids never really complained about it.

My only negative comment is that they need to have one particular staff member who is solely responsible for replenishing items during meal times. The amount of times I went to eat breakfast and didn't have a spoon.. or the water was empty, the coffee was empty, or entire meal options were missing at the buffet. Every time we went to eat there was always something we had to go and ask for - the staff were incredibly busy so its not their fault.. just some feedback.

The staff are the absolute heart and soul of this resort!!!! They are warm, attentive and always smiling. Without the staff they have this resort would not be memorable. The resort is old and it shows! The rooms and bathrooms are very old, the air con in our room stayed on 24/7 but would not get below 24 degrees. The beds are only doubles and the single was a veryyy small single.
We had buffet breakfast and dinner most nights (except one night) and it was average. The omelette station was nice and the coffee was good but otherwise nothing to rave about. The grounds are well kept and its a pretty resort to walk around but the harder you look the more you see it needs a facelift. We had to keep checking our bill as the meals kept being charged that should have been included. Glass bottom boat was fantastic we really rated that.
I would recommend anyone that stays here walk up the beach a little to the village who do the BEST massages ($50 for one hour!) Hair braiding and they did our laundry too which came back so clean. Support the locals where you can, they need it!!
WiFi is shocking too which we had not read in any reviews previous.
We will miss the beautiful people we saw each day working there but unfortunately I would not return to the Warwick should we come to Fiji again one day.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Warwick and especially appreciated the welcoming and hospitable nature of its wonderful staff. Friendly, accommodating and always willing to assist, we were greeted with smiling faces and a cry of 'Bula' throughout our stay. The resort boasts some really good restaurants, the seafood and teppanyaki being real stand outs, and we also really enjoyed the glass boat exploration of the choral reef and the trip into Sigatoka for some shopping. Be prepared for a two hour drive from Nadi airport to the resort but worthwhile as it provides a glimpse of life outside the resort.
