“We didn't want to leave”
Reviewed 5 April 2016 for a stay in October 2015

The property does not disappoint, it is exactly as described and is faithful to the pictures. It is very light and airy with plenty of room for 4 people. The balcony has the sun from the moment of sun up to the most spectacular (different every day) sun sets. The kitchen facilities, cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher make self catering a pleasure. On arrival the property was very clean, well maintained and the milk, bread and spread etc in the fridge were very welcome after a long day of travelling. Dealing with Barbara and the booking process was a dream. Timely communications and info meant that we were able to find the property with no problems. There is all sorts of things to do in Cyprus depending on your personal likes, we would recommend a car to get about to see things, but not essential if you just want a chill holiday by the pool, which is beautifully clean, being cleaned every day. There is a very good supermarket a few minutes walk away which stocks everything you may need for your stay. A little further you will find a couple of decent restaurants. (Peyia Tavern, Cousins Tavern) anything else I would suggest you need a car...or taxi. (One word of caution...there is a VERY steep hill down to the property which is ok when in the car but not conducive with people with bad knees, like us. However we did manage and it was worth the effort.). We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.....and wish we were still there!

Liked best: Might be a bit sad but.....being able to cook a proper meal....I even did a bread and butter pudding one evening!
Liked least: The walk down the short hill to the property...my poor knees, but having to come home was worse.

“Lovely views, great apartment”
Reviewed 17 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Had a super holiday in the Peyia area. This apartment is in a great location but I would recommend a car to explore further afield. The pool was great and the views super. I would suggest you take a trip to Latchi and hire a boat, such a fab experience. To experience a complete sunset take a short drive to Agios Georgios = perfect

Management Response

Dear future guests
I am baffled by these ratings, although delighted that Val enjoyed her holiday so much and described Agios Georgios as perfect...it is stunning!
My guests always give a five star rating for cleanliness. Many ask me if the property is brand new because it is so immaculate and modern. Our managers live onsite and clean to an impeccably high standard. The service they provide is unrivalled and almost all guests compliment them on their helpfulness. They will meet guests at the airport, change linen, chat and recommend local sights and restaurants.
The kitchen is fully fitted with top of the range Bosch appliances like new...superb.
Directions to the property could not be easier, the keysafe is at eye level just by the door and guests are given the number...perfect!
I hope you will come and see for yourselves. My aim is to give all guests the best holiday of their lives and many guests say just this.

Here is one comment:
'First Class! I have spent two idyllic vacations in this apartment and will return many more times. Arrived at the apartment late at night and was greeted by John who looks after the apartment, it was the first of many things that set this apartment in a class of it’s own. The quality of the apartment is head and shoulders above so many in Peyia. It is stylish, maintained to a high standard and well equipped, even including ice packs built into the freezer that are handy to pack in a cold bag for the beach or day out. There is a cold box too! You will lack for nothing staying here which feels very much like a home away from home. The view from the balcony in the morning and watching sun sinking into the sea at sunset is spectacular. Also sitting by candle light after the sun has set (and you will find the candles in a kitchen cupboard too) surrounded by the smell of the herb scented, which is unforgettably Cyprus. I love this place and am always sad to leave at the end of a vacation.'

And another:
'Thank you, Barbara, for your beautiful apartment! The apartment was clean and the quality stood out. The views were the best. There is a good bus route and the bus stop was just 2 mins from the apartment.if not less. In the village good taverns to eat , supermarkets good , bakeries, butchers, all near by. Personally we loved Peyia and the apartment . The pool was perfect and Jon and Linda were so nice and helpful( they look after the apartments etc). We have never gone back to a country before but we are definitely going back to Peyia and the same apartment it was sooooo good. Thank you Barbara for your beautiful apartment and thankyou Jon and Linda.:-))'

So, do come and visit!!

Very best wishes
Barbara J Sheridan

“Fantastic Views”

Just returned home after a week stay, what to say! The apartment is great and the views are amazing. Plently of restaurants and bars in close proximity. Would recommend car hire as it is quite hilly in the area.

Great communication from Barbara (thanks)

Some of our group are already thinking about returning to the Beau View apartments.
