The whole complex is clean, calm and close to the beach. We had a two bedroom apartment which was fantastic. There is secure parking in the underground garage - our parking space was a bit awkward to get into (most of the others were fine), so we parked on the street/car park, which wasn’t a problem.
The pool area was divided into adults only and family pools, both had lots of sun beds and varying shade throughout the day.
Lunch at their restaurant was always good.
Reception staff were really lovely, from check in, mid stay query and check out.
The supermarket is a bit of a walk (10 mins), but on arrival there was water, milk, tea & coffee, which was great.
Well stocked kitchen, pool towels and toiletries.
We would be happy to return.

A great hotel in a great location. First time staying at Baia da Luz but will definitely be returning. Apartment very spacious with great outside space and very well equipped. Pool area lovely and the snack bar and staff all brilliant and very good value. Only slight issue was no lift leading to apartment from main entrance so had to carry pushchair upstairs but found a work around by entering via underground car park.

This was our second time visiting Baia da Luz and we loved it just as much as the first time. The accommodation is very spacious and clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. The balcony was very large also. It is a short walk to the beach / restaurants. The pool area is kept clean and the grounds in general are maintained to a high level. The restaurant onsite is very good value.
