Lovely hotel set in the hills of Abergele!
We came here for the spa which included a lunch in the Thai restaurant plus a massage! The lady in the restaurant was super friendly and welcoming and the food authentic & cooked fresh to order.
The thermal suite was small but lovely, the hydro pool was fab as it was situated in a room with a large window allowing us to feel the breeze & my neom sleep massage was awesome! One of the best massages I have ever had (thank you to Ellie) and the sorbet after was a lovely touch.
The relaxation room was bright with panoramic views out into the greenery around the hotel (see pic) with nice refreshment options available
I would definitely return here

Stayed here in late February, beautiful grounds and a beautiful hotel. Literally just off the motorway, with some sea views from a distance. Staff were friendly and polite, all areas were modern, clean, and stylish. The restaurant has a very upper market menu, which wasn't to our taste so we asked for the bar menu but to be served in the dining room which was accommodated. The food was lovely, with no problems to note in any aspect of the meal. Our room was well furnished with all the things you'd expect, the view wasn't great but someone has to have those rooms at the end of the day. Not far from shopping or other amenities, it was definitely an ideal place to stay. Recommended to friends, and will probably stay again as the spa was out of this world!

A one night stay whilst visiting family. Hotel was a tad difficult to find, but a really nice spot. Excellent parking facilities. Room was a standard room, bit small and dull, but comfortable.
Very cold on arrival, but staff soon sorted that out and an extra duvet. Bed comfortable.
Excellent breakfast.
Only gripe was that I had asked for twin beds, but the size of the large bed made this ok, saw no reason to mention it!!!

Staff largely disinterested, avoid eye contact and have no idea how to make customers feel welcome.

Hotel felt cold and uninviting despite lovely surroundings and promising looks from the outside.

Very disappointing.
