the Cape Reinga is the tallest point in New Zealand. Here the Tasman sea and the Pacific comes each other..what a beautiful place. Every one who visit New Zealand should go to this point. I enjoyed very much ....awesome nature...

It is a long and not particularly scenic drive to get to, apart from the last few kilometres. A steep walk to the lighthouse. However feel its worth it when you arrive, like its the edge of the world. Unlike a lot of these type of places, your not expected to pay to see it, which is an advantage across most of NZ.

Really nice play with a smooth short walk down to the lighthouse, we were there early for the sunraise - definitely recommended.

Hot sunny day. A lot of people and tourist bus's. A nice walk to a high view and another to the light house. Amazing looking at the two currents meeting.

A beautiful spot to observe where the Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean meet. Beautiful surroundings and views in all directions. A must-do activity either on your own or on a guided tour
