We have just returned from a week stay at villa konstantina in Katelios. The villa is very spacious and private, beautifully decorated with good facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, wifi). There is good air con in all the bedrooms and main lounge. Doors and windows are fitted with fly screens so we had no problem with mozzies! There are 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suites. The pool is a generous size (10m X 5m) and well maintained as are the gardens. We flew from stansted with Thompson air and got a taxi transfer to the villa. We did not hire a car during our week and were happily entertained in Katelios. A short walk from the villa was an excellent bakery for breakfast and bread and there were 2 or 3 mini market supermarkets nearby, the walk to the beach was about 10-15mins. along the seafront are 5/6 excellent taverna's/restaurants and bars where you can sample fantastic fresh Greek or international food. Katelios is a small quiet village. The beach is lovely and calm and shallow ideal for families with small children. There are no loud music venues and no jet skis here. Just
beautiful scenery and kind
locals. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you want a relaxed, peaceful, secluded break.
We enjoyed a great week with friends in the adjacent villa. The spec is just right although crockery on light side. Pool was well maintained and air conditioning worked well. Has a built in BBQ. Well situated for exploring. We visited in August and went to the snake festival in Mackopoulo.
Owner helpful and rep available but not overbearing
