Good room, spacious and well equipped. Competent, friendly, helpful staff.
Good view on eternal snow.
Nice buffet breakfast. There is also a lounge with TV and books, almost cosy.
Situated outside Aoste, 4 km in direction of Turino, inside a big shopping centre open day and night.

Stayed here for a week with a ski group.

The hotel itself was ok, everything was as it should have been in terms of the accommodation and the reception staff were ok.

The restaurant however was a different story, I think because we were staying as a low cost package they thought they had the right to treat us like scum and I am talking nasty and aggressive.

The food I can only describe as an insult to anyone it was placed in front of.

Thank god for the supermarket opposite which became the source of our food for four out of six nights we were there.

Had I been here on holiday myself with family I would have been taking steps now to get money back and exposing them for the nasty little outfit that they are.

Regarding the Restaurant is not of our management, the agency from which you purchased the package selected him.

The rooms were ok, nice beds however not a lot of electrical sockets and the maids put things in bags instead of putting them on, say, a table or similar place so can be hard to find things. The decor downstairs felt a bit cheap, however the upper floors were ok. Food was not very good, people in my group encountering things like cold food, hair etc. and not to mention not a lot of it was Italian food, as you would expect to get on holiday. The shop was also a bit strange, as many hotels have small gift shops but this seemed more like a newsagents. Lots to improve!

Room tip: Eat out if you can!

Dear Customer,
thank you for having appreciated the quality of our rooms and the services of our staff.
All our rooms are equipped with 3 electric sockets used by customers.
Our hotel is located in a large shopping center with over 50 shops of excellent quality, appreciated by customers who come from all over the region.
The restaurant located in the complex is not of our management, it has been certainly selected by the agency from which you have purchase the package. For any problem you shoud have address the comment to them or to the restaurant..
As for us no one came to our reception to report the problem, surely we would have taken steps to turn the matter to the restaurant and the Agency.

We (3 person) arrived to the hotel at 26/2/15 19:00 PM, after a long day of skiing, as we got to the room we had no hot water to shower, we asked the receptionist what was the issue, they said they were fixing the hot water supply, and in 30 minutes it will work. after about 1 hour we tried to use the water again and the water was red (rusty), we didn't want to shower with red colored water as we didn't know what happened to it, we asked again the receptionist when we can take shower they said to leave the water running it will clear in time, we left it running for 20 minutes and waited again and run it again for 20 minutes.. at approximately 10 PM the issue was not fixed and the water was still red and we couldn't take a shower. we then talked to the manager Giovani and he said they will refund us in the morning or they give us another night for free, as we came only for 2 days of skiing we wanted to get a refund for our bad experience.
he told us to come and get refund in the next morning. so we did, we came to the reception and we met another guy named Giovani (receptionist, not the manager) that started to attack us because we wanted a solution the night before, because we payed 100 Euro for a shower and sleep and we didn't get it. as we approached the front desk he said "ahh you are the israeli" we said "yes, what is the problem with being an israeli"? he said "it is not only you, but a 2,000 year problem" we were in shock of the antisemitism we were experiencing, as we asked why he is was being mean to us, he said "the whole hotel had no water and only you complain" we said "it wasn't true, many other room were also in the reception complaining for the problem" he said "i dont give you anything, contact your booking agent and ask a refund" we were in shock of the treatment as the day before we spoken politely to Giovani the manager and he told us "no problem you will receive a refund".
we felt very hurt and upset the way they talked and treated us (only Giovani receptionist in the morning) we didn't know what els we could do as he didn't want to give us Giovani the manager to speak with, so we left the hotel.

in riscontro alla Sua recensione di seguito ricapitolo i fatti come realmente accaduti :

la sera del loro arrivo alle ore 22,00 ho incontrato personalmente la Signora, alla quale ho spiegato in un dialogo reciprocamente sereno che avevamo subito un guasto alle 20,30 per cui per un paio di ore avremmo avuto l'acqua non limpida.
Le ho anche proposto di cambiare Hotel, mi ha risposto che i suoi amici già riposavano per cui non era il caso. Le ho anche confermato che avrebbero avuto l'acqua limpida dopo ca 1 ora.
In quella occasione Le avevo comunicato che per il disagio (per quanto minimale) avremmo provveduto a farle avere un parziale rimborso attraverso l'agenzia prenotante.

E' doveroso comunicare che la sospensione dell'acqua è stata dalle 20,30 alle 23,15 da quell'ora tutti hanno potuto utilizzarla.

Il matino seguente la Signora ha fortemente assediato il ricevimento fino all'esasperazione dei nostri addetti per ottenere un rimborso immediato dicendo che le avevo comunicato che avrei rimborsato l'importo della camera il giorno seguente.

Naturalmente la Signora ha mentito.

A questo punto mi pare chiaro l'obbiettivo della Signora. Si deve altresì tenere presente che la sera del guasto l' Hotel era completo ed abbiamo comunicato a tutti i clienti che non ci sarebbe stata l'acqua per un paio di ore a tale proposito nessun altro cliente dell'Hotel ha chiesto rimborso e nessuna lamentela (tranne quella della Signora) ci fù il mattino della partenza, perchè il disagio è stato veramente minimo. Altri problemi in Hotel non ci sono stati, la Signora ed i Suoi amici hanno utilizzato la camera con tutti i servizi connessi compresa la piccola colazione il mattino seguente.
In considerazione di quanto sopra Siamo spiacenti che la vicenda abbia preso una strada diversa dalla serena chiaccherata con la Signora la sera precedente.

Well we use the hotel only for a day,location was quite nice with the alps infront of your window,in the area is some shopping places were you can buy food,clothes etc.
Was surprised of a big alchool store next door that had a great varity on boots.

Dear Customer,
thank you for having appreciated the services of our hotel.
It's definitly a plus to have within our structure over 50 shops including: a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a gym, an ATM, a post office, bar and restaurants and of course a very useful transfer service in departure from the hotel every 20 minutes to the city center in a few minutes.
We hope to have you again in our hotel during your next visit to our region.
