When we visited at around 14h30 on a Saturday we were neither welcomed, nor acknowledged. We walked through the packed restaurant area and browsed through the adjacent store selling décor & gifts and deli products. We returned to the dining section and as a couple left their table, I enquired from one of the waitresses if we could sit at this table. We sat and then waited for some service. After waiting for about seven minutes, with several waitron passing us, we decided to leave. It seemed as if the restaurant did not have the capacity to serve all the patrons. We did however notice a mature woman sitting in a back office. Surely all hands should be on deck when it is busy? Unable to comment on the food or drinks.
