Wow, the menu here is delicious. We arrived for the Mothers Day menu, and we were blown away.
The service was great and the food was delicious.
The kingfish was cooked to perfection, and the beef cheek was excellent.
Large selection of beverages, too.

The setting is off the beaten track in a picture-perfect county setting. You can sit inside in a farmhouse setting ot outside amongst the trees.
10/10.
After lunch, make sure to visit the beautiful waterfall across the road.

Myself and 5 of my friends enjoyed a fabulous night out as part of the Paddock to Plate dinners on offer. The food was plentiful and delicious. We all struggled to finish dessert because we were so full.. but it was so delicious we soldiered on!
The atmosphere was warm, cosy and fun from the moment you came up the driveway. Ben and his team are just brilliant. I loved the introductions to each course, showing Ben's passion for his food and love for his restaurant. I had the wine pairings as well which were spot on and treated myself to a cocktail too, these are soooo good! And did I mention the food was amazing. I savoured each mouthful and there were collective moans of delight from around the table. I cant wait to go back!

I finally got to eat at this wonderful place, my 4th booking - everytime beforehand I had to cancel for one reason or another. 2 friends and I had lunch on a rainy Saturday, and it was fabulous. We shared a platter for entree and then chose our mains. 2 of us enjoyed the smokey slow cooked beef rib, and there was a snapper meal. Everything cooked to perfection, the accompaniments matched the protein beautifully, each meal was a vision of beauty. Loved the rustic nature of the place. Staff were friendly, service excellent. Such a great outing/meal/dining experience.
We will be back.

Had a great lunch here. The meals are very filling and consist of a sharing plate and “meal” the food was fantastic. I had the Pork Belly for my meal/main.
They modified the meal to make it all GF.
Shared kitchen but they made every effort to avoid CC. Ate in the garden under a pergola - Beautiful peaceful setting.
Well worth the money - a bit more than we usually spend on lunch.
Enjoyed the whole experience.

Sisters Easter Weekend, concluded with a booked lunch at The Falls Retreat. Amazing food that went beyond our expectations not only in presentations, but taste as well. We have the three course Easter Feast and it didn't disappoint.
