It is one of the best restaurant in Italy. It is family restaurant, the owner prepare new very spacial menu for each two weeks. Meals are sophisticated. In Il Paiolo I ate first time fish with squid ink. Everything is unusual, from appetizer to deser including delicious wines ... The owner is very nice guy who loves talk about food. I love Il Paiolo. Typical in this area on Mondays restaurant is closed.
