I was last year, the place is beautiful and quiet, the servers were very attentive and friendly people, the activities offered were going to avocado bay, sapurro and a walk to heaven. In the hotel there is a swimming pool, there is a Jacuzzi, there is a sauna, there is a bar where you have an open bar, it is also a very clean place and the rooms were cleaned every day, the bad was the Wi-Fi connection only worked at the reception, what I liked most was the food. I would go back without a doubt the service was very good.

Capurgana is now a very noisy place, there is competition for those who have the highest volume even inside the hotel. The hotel lacks cleanliness and the service and attitude of the staff were very unpleasant. When I made the reservation I sent the food restrictions and they ignored it, for that reason for the Christmas night we ran out of dinner and the following days it was very difficult to have an adequate menu. It is recommended that the hotel inform the guest what the conditions of the lodging are because it is impossible to rest. It is very important to be able to make informed decisions and to know what to expect from such a place.

We were recommended Nautilos due to it's air conditioning facilities which is a luxury in steamy Capurgana and 'reliable' electricity generator which is necessary as the electricity frequently cuts out. Unfortunately, the power cut out for over 3 hours after check-in without any back up generator in place except for the giant speakers from the downstairs bar which still remained in full blast well into the night. Overpriced - stay in a simpler hostel nearby.
