We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Mollett’s Farm, so much so that we were lucky enough to be able to stay an extra night. The accommodation is fantastic with absolutely every need catered for to a very high standard (tea, cake, bread, milk and butter etc) on arrival set it apart from the rest. It really is like home from home.
The location is excellent for exploring the Suffolk coast and although regular visitors to the area we found some lovely new places to relax and eat.
Richard and Sasha are perfect hosts and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your peaceful haven.

We have again had a few days break in Suffolk coastal area Mollett’s farm is central to the whole coast this is our fourth visit to the farm. Standards are very high, the accommodation first class and the thoughtful touches abound. Do not hesitate to book this accommodation it is great.

The accomodation at Molletts Farm is first class. Everything is of a high standard, comfortable beds, good quality linen, Lots of goodies on arrival to start you off. Its a lovely quiet spot, but close to many places of interest, and if you like star gazing it's perfect as there is little light pollution.

From booking with Richard which was actually a pleasure, to our fond farewell this morning with Sasha what amazing service. Every little detail is taken care of in these self catering holiday cottages.. all the fixtures and fittings are top quality and very tastefully matched to the accommodation which is sound proofed! The twin or zip together super king size beds are very comfortable and the bedding is crisp, fresh, and attractive. The welcome gift of bread, butter, jam, cake, cereal, milk, and all the tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc... are so useful and really do add to an already warm welcome from our hosts. The layout of the cottages is lovely and so well thought out, as are the gardens and rose courtyard to the front, the entrance to the farm and the huge parking area which is set with stone.... there are 3 cottages on one side of the courtyard consisting of 2 floors, and 3 studios the other - these are bespoke ground floor units with wet rooms.....all properties are built with accessibility to all, in mind.

What is evident from the outset is that Sasha and Richard have put so much thought and love into this wonderful development of their farm and I can say it truly shows.... we have been able to sit out on the lawned area each morning and evening, watch the ducks, chickens, peacock, peahen, and little chick..... enjoy the sunshine, and peace and quite, and beautiful location, chatting or reading.

Situated in the beautiful Suffolk countryside with so many places to visit, and Sasha is a font of all knowledge and so lovely to talk to...…(Im sue Richard is too but sadly we didn't get to meet him this time). Our only regret is that this was just a short visit after hours and hours of searching for someone to stay at extremely short notice...... We look forward to returning as many before us have done so, and hopefully next time for a little longer and who knows possibly even with our extended family for a fab get together..... whats even more amazing is that there is a CL caravan site on the farm too so the caravanning members of our family can come too!

Thank you to Sasha and Richard.... you couldnt have done any more and we wish you continued success with your venture....

Anyone who is a fussy customer like me, I can strongly recommend this wonderful place - Just Book It! You will be so happy you did!

(Theres even a dishwasher, and washing up liquid supplied for doing the dishes by hand.... I could go on and on..... you will make your own discoveries of all the little extras there are)

Room Tip: They're all excellent!

Just got back from a 2 night stay in the Dunwich studio. Absolutely perfect. Very comfortable, with everything you could need. Lovely sunny patio with table and chairs. We loved being able to throw open the top of the stable door to let the sunlight flood in. A lovely welcome with milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, bread, breakfast cereal and a cake, all very much appreciated. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely weekend. Jayne and Paul
