We visited this shrine near Kashan in April 2016. The shrine is a little way out of the city of Kashan. The shrine of Imamzadeh Hilal Ibn Ali, son of Ali, son-in-law of prophet Muhammad (“Imamzadeh” means “son of the Imam”).

The shrine is huge and features some very attractive tiling. It is well attended by local people who are welcoming to tourists.

This shrine has something indefinably 'special' - a beautiful atmosphere. Well worth a visit.
